- If graduates of CAN-BIKE followed the recommendations of the courses, I would expect to see at least a few cyclists obeying the rules of the road every day. I probably see a cyclist use a hand signal two or three times a year. I regularly see bicycle police trained by CAN-BIKE riding on the sidewalk, cycling the wrong way down one-way streets, riding two abreast and not signaling.
